With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, Chef Melina is the heart and soul behind our bakery. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate (2010) and Wilton-certified cake decorator, she has dedicated many years to mastering the art of pastry, blending tradition with modern creativity.

Before launching this business, Chef Melina built an impressive career spanning across California and internationally. She owned her own restaurant, Epiqure, in California and a successful catering company in Iran, where she catered for Lufthansa Airlines and private events for the embassies of Denmark, Germany, Austria, Armenia, France, Italy, and more. Her expertise is backed by industry certifications, including ServSafe Manager and supervisorial credentials, ensuring the highest standards in every creation.

But beyond the credentials and accolades, Chef Melina is an artist at heart. With a background in ceramics and sculpture, her love for creativity shines through every dessert she handcrafts. From intricate plated desserts to elegant custom cakes, she brings a rare combination of experience and innovation to the table, ensuring each treat is as visually stunning as it is delicious.
